I'm changing your CPLS to CPLE because in order to do CPLS you need to have a corner edge pair but in this case you only have an edge and in order to do CPLS your top layer edges has to be orientated so even though I understand it does the same thing you can't call is CPLS because for your case it's only edges and the top edges has to be orientated. unless you come up with another name for it
