Scrambled cube -> Cross -> F2L -> Build 1x1x3 block -> Solve 1x1x3 block -> Solved cube

CFBL is the used speedsolving method for the 3x3x3 cube.

CFBL (Cross, F2L, 1x1x3 block, Solve cases Line), is a 3x3 speedsolving variant of CFOP. It is also known as the Platform.

This method invented in 2014. Creation between 2008 to 2014.

Steps

CFBL can be viewed as an advanced version of a Layer-By-Layer method. It takes the same steps, but combines some of them, solving more of the cube at once.

(build 1x1x3 block of the Last Layer)

The image is a Example case. With an alg you can learn four cases. In this step, the goal is to make the two angle red yellow and edge red yellow but a case can have four different colours red, green, blue, orange if you start with cross white. There are 50 cases and 30 algs to learn for this step but exist maybe 100 cases.In 90% solves 1look build block 1x1x3 with 30 algs and 50 cases but with 2look create block 1x1x2 and last corner for complete block 1x1x3 with combination two algs.

There are 71 algorithms (1LLL Line to learn for this step.
