3x3 Domino Subgroup explanation

This is meant to be a way to speedsolve the Domino Reduction state on a 3x3x3, so it requires the cube to already be at said state. It has no relation to Fewest Moves Challenge event. The rule is: use only legal moves to solve the cube from that state, those are all moves that are possible on a real 2x3x3, generators: <R2,U,D,L2,F2,B2,M2,S2,E,Rw2,Lw2,Fw2,Bw2>

This rule is not objectively optimal in speedsolving terms.

Steps

1. 2x2x3

2. DRL

3. DRPLL

2x2x3

Build a 2x2x3 block on the left of the cube, this step is done intuitively.

DRL

This step algorithmically solves the Down Right Line (1x1x3 in DR), uses just 38 algorithms to do so. Even though it can be done intuitively as well, turning the step algorithmic would make the solutions more efficient.

DRPLL

This is the last step, which permutes the top layer while correcting the right E slice bar, using 43 algorithms.

Pros

Very short method, promises a way to speedsolve the Domino Subgroup.

Cons

A small learning curve as the algorithms use legal moves only, which is different than regular 3x3 algorithms.
