I've just tried solving a cube with red see-through plastic over my eyes. I couldn't solve it - It's almost impossible to tell the difference between the green and blue sides.

The corner pieces keep falling out of my pyraminx when I twist it. This happened on my old pyraminx (Mefferts) and my new one (white with shiny stickers). 1) Is there anything I can do to fix this? 2) Do the same problems occur with Tetraminx?
