    [Review] GuoGuan YueXiao

This cube was so frustrating to me (I traded mine away because I didn't enjoy solving with it). The feel of the cube was irritating to me and it was completely uncontrollable for my turning style.

    [Review] QiYi Sail 3x3x3

I love this cube. It's 4 dollars and its performance, while not quite as good, is similar to top speedcubes. The feel is so much better than the GuanLong and the plastic is actually very sturdy and, while it feels a bit cheap, the puzzle has a fantastic weight to it. It feels quite bubbly...

    Coming Out

The fact that you're a woman doesn't bother me. I don't care about what label people used to describe you in the past, what matters is what you know about yourself. I think it's awesome that you had the courage to come out publicly (I can definitely relate). I hope that some day coming out...

Do new cubes threaten the availability of older, less popular cubes?

This might be a bit paranoid of me to think this, but with the YueXaio receiving such a positive response I'm worried that my main (TangLong) may at some point be discontinued, meaning that if mine breaks I won't be able to get a new one. Is my concern justified or am I worrying too much?

    South Central USA cubers

I see that there is a thread for Louisiana cubers but I think a thread for all 4 South central states (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas) might be more useful.

    Cong's Design 4x4

Dammit, I was looking forward to juicy negative reviews of this thing Speaking of which, am I the only person who loves watching negative reviews?

    Moyu GuoGuan Yuexiao?

Can this cube be slowed down with lube? My main is the TangLong and I can't see that changing unless this cube can be made to feel exactly the way I want it to (controllable and buttery smooth)

    Moyu Bochuang 5x5 Hype

IMO you shouldn't hype cubes that very few people have gotten their hands on yet, I always watch a few reviews before I get a cube to make sure I'm making the right decision

    Cong's Design 4x4

I don't get why a 4x4 needs squared off corners. Corner twists on a 4x4 require the corner piece to flex much more than it realistically ever should.

    Dream thread

My dreams were weird last night. So my parents (who in this dream were a completely different set of people) kidnapped me and my random, non-real siblings (I actually have no idea how parents can kidnap their own children unless CPS gets involved, but I'm 21 and the premise of the dream...

    Moyu GuoGuan Yuexiao?

I could be wrong but from the video it didn't look to me like the cube was that fluid Plus the mech isn't anything new so it really shouldn't be better than other cubes on the market, there's no reason to get hyped over this because we've seen all of this before

    New Weilong GTS!

The mechanism is completely different, it doesn't have the wings or curvy parts to the edge and corner pieces

[Help Thread] Is my cube / puzzle a dud?

I actually think that what you described is completely normal for a Zhanchi. Those cubes feel pretty awful if they aren't broken in. After you break it in, you can tighten the tensions after lubing to reduce popping. Slightly rattley corner pieces are completely normal for an AoLong V2.

    [Help Thread] Lubrication Thread

Someone please put T-1 lube in an AoLong GT I thought of this last night and I have a feeling that the result will be hilarious, so if anyone has a bottle of T-1 and an AoLong GT they don't like I think it would be an amazing experiment If anyone is going to try this, please post the result on...
