Yu Nakajima (中島悠), commonly known as Nakaji, or more often Nakajima in the west, is a Japanese speedcuber. He won 3x3 Speedsolve at World Championship 2007 in Budapest, Hungary. He held the world record for 3x3 single and average in 2008.

He uses his left hand for OH.

Nakajima currently works for the Japanese puzzle company Tribox, owned by Takafumi Haseda.

Fandom

Although Yu Nakajima likes to be called Nakaji by the Japanese cubers, the English-speaking community usually calls him Nakajima. Nakajima's meteoric rise attracted a large number of fans. Since he went on a hiatus from cubing at his peak, many cubers wanted to see his return. Numerous posts on the Speedsolving Forums discussed his possible return, as inferred from the occasional videos he posted on YouTube.
