World Cube Association Regulations Committee

World Cube Association Regulations Committee (abbreviated to WCA Regulations Committee or WRC) is a committee in charge of the WCA regulations, founded in December 2012. It advises the WCA Board on matters of regulations as well as "publishes and maintains the WCA Constitution, the WCA Competition Regulations and Guidelines, the WCA Incident Log, and the WCA Scramblers."
