New Event: Skewb
The most popular and commonly requested new event. Would be relatively easy to include, but a scrambler is needed.

External Assistance and use of stackmat-mat
- Speedsolving.com Thread about A5b in general. A5b is vague on what kind of things can be assistance.
- Speedsolving.com proposals. 8a7 is not clear about what part of the stackmat timer is ment. For fairness the mat should also be ment.
Removal of the +2 Penalty
It seems that there isn't really any concensus on this as yet.
Alternative formats for 3BLD events
The suggestion is to change BLD from a "best of X" event to a "Average/Mean of X" format.
Scramble Reordering
The idea is to change the order of scrambles randomly, to avoid people knowing about easy solves.
Clock Notation
A proposal to change the format of the WCA clock scrambler notation to a more readable format, for ease of use in competitions.
