Vincent Sheu (許茗森) is an American speedcuber and a former President (with Steven Xu) of the Berkeley Cube Club. Since 2011, he has been the first and the current chair of the WCA Regulations Committee and played a large role in the complete redrafting in 2013 of the WCA Regulations.

Vincent is also a US Nationals organization team leader.
