Nathaniel Gee is an American speedcuber and method developer. He is most known for being the fastest 3x3x3 With Feet ZZ solver, 3x3 OH, developing the ZZ-Spike method for Megaminx, and learning full ZBLL.
Notable Accomplishments
Official
In January 2017, he achieved his first (and currently highest) top 100 ranking with a 46.30 3x3 Feet single, which ranked him 71st in the world and 5th in the United States. In February 2019, he briefly re-entered the top 100 with a 44.66 Feet average. In December 2019, days before the event was removed, Nathaniel achieved official results in 3x3 With Feet of a 31.59 single and a 39.09 average, which resulted in a respective world ranking of 85 and 88. As the year closed, he was pushed back to 90 and 92, but remained grandfathered in the top 100.
Unofficial
Nathaniel broke and has held both Illinois State records for single and average in 3x3 With Feet since August 2016. Due to the events being removed, he will forever hold the Illinois Feet State records. In 2022, he broke the Illinois OH state records with a 12.26 average in the first round and a 10.35 single in finals at Milwaukee First 2022. A 12.26 OH average also ranks him as the second fastest OH ZZer behind only Simon Kalhofer who has an 11.17 OH average.
He also holds the Unofficial World Records for solving a Megaminx (March 2019) and a Kilominx (May 2020) With Feet, taking the respective records from Louis Cormier and Daniel Rose-Levine.
