I actually had this idea a few times. what I use is an advanced TCZLS which does the 2CO with any of the 18 F2L cases. Also for optomized TCZLS you don’t need 27 WV cases (mainly because at that point just use WV->PLL) You learn how inserts affect CO and you that knowage to do the cases.
