Done. Please note the original outline of FreeFOP didn't specify how you should solve LL, and in fact given the time period of its invention, it's likely the original author would have used a CFCE approach to solve the last layer.

The FreeFCE page was already pushing it in terms of notability (it's a very obvious minor change to the method that T Perm can't claim to have invented) and the page has very little information as it is, so I'm going to delete that one. If you want the CE variant on the Wiki please add a section in the FreeFOP page, but that opens a bit of a can of worms - do we want to mention "you can use CFCE here btw" on every method with a last layer step?
