Sebastián Pino Castillo is a Chilean speedcuber and a former WCA delegate. Although he set the World Record single and average for Rubik's Clock in 2010, investigation revealed that as the delegate, he manipulated the scrambles. Castillo's delegate status was revoked, and all his solves in competitions in which he was a delegate were removed.
