Ilkyoo Choi is a South Korean speedcuber. He was a WCA Board member from around 2013-16. Ilkyoo attended Carnegie Mellon University, where he organized several WCA competitions and taught a cubing class.

He was a mathematics graduate student at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
