Hans Dockhorn was one of the pioneers of the CFOP method along with his brother, Kurt Dockhorn. According to Cracking the Cube, Hans had access to a computer in the early 1980s which he used along with Guus Razoux Schultz; Anneke Treep; and his brother, Kurt, to document early OLL and PLL algorithms, as well as many 1LLL algorithms.
