Type C cubes are somewhat choppy, loud and very fast, faster than Type A and less prone to lockups than Type D. This may be the fastest non-hybrid cube. Some say that it is a replica of the Rubik's DIY, but the caps do not tend to fall off. Many speedcubers use this type.

Mini-C
At 50mm, this is the largest of the Mini 3x3x3's. Compared to regular sized cubes of around 55mm, on paper its not a large amount smaller, but it certainly feels a fair bit smaller in your hands. For a mini cube it performs extremely well, with some speedcubers actually using it as their main cube. If you have small hands and find normal cubes just a little too large, then this slightly smaller cube could be ideal. This cube also makes an excellent travel cube, as it fits fairly well into pockets and still allows full use of fingertricks.
