After a long break, The podcast was brought back for a second season in the latter half of 2012 by [[Chris Wall]] and [[Austin Reed]]. They have currently made 3 Episodes, plus a Pilot that was fairly unsuccessful. The new season follows a similar format to the original, but with the episodes being shorter in length.

On January 2015, the CubeCast Podcast was rebooted as CubeCast 2.0 by [[Jules Manalang|Jules "Waffle" Manalang]], [[Brandon Harnish|Brandon "Ranzha" Harish]], and [[Mitchell Lane]] with the permission of Andrew Kang. CubeCast 2.0 does a 3 host on-call system to ensure that episodes will be recorded and released even if one cannot make it or a guest is not preset.
