Andy Camann

Andy Camann is an American speedcuber.
In the months leading up to World Championship 2003, he was rumored to be among the top speedcubers, although he did not post his record in the speedcubing.com Unofficial Record List. As such, he was considered one of uncertainty factors the going into WC2003. He finished in 12th place with a best time of 19.39 seconds. He also attended World Championship 2005 where he finished in 11th place with a best time of 14.66 seconds.
He was also a proponent of the Heise Method as a speedsolving method (albeit the early form of the method which Ryan Heise later changed). With the aid of algorithm sets available on his website he was, by 2004, able to achieve sub-17-second averages, which was only a little worse than his CFOP averages.
