Purpose(s):

The 3-Style Method, short for Freestyle 3-cycles, is an advanced blind-solving method based on the use of 3-cycle algorithms. Each 3-cycle solves two pieces starting from a fixed buffer location. It is faster then 3OP because it combines the orientation and permutation of the pieces, while it is faster than M2/Classic_Pochmann because it solves 2 pieces at a time. 3-Style can be used for solving any sized cube blindfolded.

There are multiple ways to choose the algorithms for each 3-cycle, and these approaches can be combined (hence freestyle). The BH method selects the move optimal algorithm for each case, with an intuitive interpretation, but it can be faster to use longer algorithms for certain cases. The TuRBo method uses setups to certain ELL cases, which are easier to learn than an optimal algorithm for each case.
