Permutation

The location of pieces on the cube. The permutation of the pieces is unaffected by the orientation. The permutation of types of pieces can be affected by the permutation of other types. For example, on a 3x3x3, just a single pair of edges can not be switched. Just a single pair of corners can not be switched, either. This is due to parity. However, a single pair of edges can be switched if a single pair of corners is also switched.
