Slow turning is a style of speedsolving which emphasizes look-ahead over turning speed. It was prevalent among the top speedcubers through 2007, when cubers with fast tps began to claim records. Slow turning is sometimes called the Chambon style, after Edouard Chambon, the French cuber known for his exceptionally slow-turning style.
