Shuang Chen (陈霜) is a Chinese speedcuber. Shuang is the creator of one of the most famous online cubing timers, csTimer, and is a contributor to TNoodle and min2phase.
He specializes in FMC and has previously held the 3x3x3 FMC mean world record in 2012, along with the FMC mean AsR in 2011 and the 3x3x3 average Chinese NR in 2009.
