Today I've upgraded MediaWiki to 1.31. It has quite a few new features, you can see here:

I suppose it was designed for the older Monobook theme of MediaWiki, before this wiki switched to Timeless. I haven't studied graphic design, so I can't say for sure what sort of alignments would work the best.

When designing, make sure to test out the various font weights. For example:

Today I've upgraded MediaWiki to 1.31. It has quite a few new features, you can see here:
