Two look last layer is completing the last layer in two steps or looks. It is usually done using OLL followed by PLL, but can also be done using CLL followed by ELL, or any combination of orientation/permutation of corners/edges. OLL/PLL is the most popular since it's widely regarded to have the best recognition.

2LLL Methods
* OLL-PLL, the most common method; see Fridrich Method. (21.5 STM; 78 algs)
* COLL-EPLL, not a pure 2LLL because to use COLL the edges must be oriented first, usually in conjunction with the last pair. A bit popular, especially for one handed solving. (17.3 STM; 46 algs, 44 excluding CPLL)
* CLL-ELL, effective, but recognition is a little slower than with OLL-PLL. There are not many users but there is a small chance it will be a runner up because of its effectiveness and the fact that more and more cubers are learning CLL for the 2x2x2. CLL-ELL 2LLL is used in the method CFCE. (18.26 STM; 71 algs)
* LLEF-L4C, same as ELL-CLL, the different names are to avoid confusion. Easy first step but the second has many cases and is ineffective, not popular at all. (19.6 STM; 99 algs)
* EO-ZBLL, not widely used as a main 2LLL method and is made up of a large amount of algorithms. However, sometimes this is done if the solver can recognize a case before EO. An example of this in use is by Feliks Zemdegs during his WR 3x3 6.54 second average of 5. (http://cubesolv.es/solve/1787) (19.75 STM or 18.08 STM if dot cases are avoided; 496 algs or 495 if dot cases are avoided)
* CPEOLL-2GLL, solving first CP+EO then CO+EP. Not the most efficient by either algorithm count or recognition, but since non-2-gen moves are minimized into a few short algorithms in the first step, it can have some situational advantage during one-handed solving or 3x3 stage of big cubes. (~21 STM; 101 algs)
