Pretty sure it’s not was +2’d and I think the WCA realized that it was a bit dumb to +2 it.

To be clear, the 3.27 is the solve with the incident of Yiheng spamming algs on the cube 4-5 seconds after solve, and judge did not confirm if they inspected the puzzle for it’s solved state. The delegates at comp gave the solve a DNF

The regs aren't really clear about this issue, so I think there needs to be a change made making a clear statement on touching the cube after a solve.
