I would very much like to see something like this for official rankings. World records could still stand, and at this point improvement has been fast enough to make it virtually a moot point, but if for the WCA rankings only times recorded in the last 12 or 24 months counted it would give a better idea of who is good now, rather than somebody who was just ahead of their time and doesn’t compete anymore.

That's a start, if there was an option for that "only 2019" selection in the records page that would probably be what you are looking for.

At the end of the first month, Danny SungIn Park holds onto his 4.88 YWR single, while Max Park gets a 6.13 YWR Average !

North America continues to dominate, with Patrick Ponce's NAR and YWR! Also, Max Park continues to lower the average YWR, with a 6.06. Will the next average record be sub-6?
