so basically
i learned full beginner cfop
and i average around 25-30 seconds (pb 23)

is this okay for me to progress to learning full cfop or should i just keep practicing until fastetr?

It doesn't matter how fast or slow you are, it just matters when you want to learn more algs. There are some people that are really fast and only know 4 look last layer, and there are other people that are a lot slower but know full OLL and PLL. If you think you are ready to learn full CFOP then go for it.

learn full PLL
you can choose to learn full OLL or just get good at 2 look OLL
for F2L and cross, just do solves and dicover more effecient ways of doing different cases
