Thanks! Here are my solutions.

Scramble #1: R' U' F U2 R2 U2 B2 R2 F2 L' U2 R2 U2 R' D L' D' U2 F U2 L' D2 R' U' F
Premove B' (1/1)
U R2 F L' D L % D' R (8/9) - 2x2x3
D' L' F' L F' D' F' (7/16) - F2L-1 + EO
D F D F' (4/20) - L3C
% = L D' R' D L' D' R D (8-4/24)
Solution: U R2 F L' D L2 D' R' D L' D' R2 D' L' F' L F' D' F' D F D F' B' (24 Moves)

Scramble #2: R' U' F D2 R2 D2 B2 L2 B L2 B U2 F' L U' B U B L2 D U2 B U' R' U' F
F' (1/1) - 2 CE-Pairs
switch
F' L' B (3/4) - 1x2x2
F' U F' D2 F' U2 (6/10) - 2x2x3
switch
B' D' B2 D2 B (5/15) - 3C3E
skeleton: F' B' D' B2 D2 B U2 F D2 F U' $ F B' L F
$ = U' B U B' F R' B' & R B F' (10-5/20) - Edges
& = B' L B R B' L' B R' (8-3/25) - Corners
Solution: F' B' D' B2 D2 B U2 F D2 F U2 B U B' F R' B2 L B R B' L' B L F (25 Moves)

Scramble #3: R' U' F U' L2 D B2 L2 D' B2 D2 F' U' B2 R2 D2 U' R' D' F' D F U R' U' F
D B2 L (3/3) - EO
R2 B' F' D (4/7) - 2x2x2
B' U' B U' B R2 (6/13) - F2L-2 + 2 Free Pairs
D § B' U B2 U' D' B (7/20) - L3C
§ = D B' U' B D' B' U B (8-4/24)
Solution: D B2 L R2 B' F' D B' U' B U' B R2 D2 B' U' B D' B' U2 B2 U' D' B (24 Moves)

The second scramble was indeed the hardest to get a good result. On the first and third scramble I found so many different skeletons that I had to check, but I achieved the best results with just "standard" L3C skeletons... Easy but efficient!

here's a 23 for the first scramble:

R' U' F U2 R2 U2 B2 R2 F2 L' U2 R2 U2 R' D L' D' U2 F U2 L' D2 R' U' F

U R2 F R (B) // 2x2x2
(F D' L' D F L) // F2L - 1
D F D2 F' // F2L
R D R F' R' F D' R' // LL

Final solution: U R2 F R D F D2 F' R D R F' R' F D' R' L' F' D' L D F' B'

Thanks again to everyone!

Very nice consistency! How many is "many skeletons"?

On the 1st scramble I checked not just "many" skeletons, but skeletons that require more insertions and more time to be close to optimal. I tried 3C3E in 14 that resulted in 28 Moves. I also took a look on 3C5E (10 Moves). IF has found a 23 on this skeleton with 15 Moves cancellation. I didn't get through it. The attempt ended up with a lot of stickers on my "insertion-cube" :D
On the third scramble I found many different L3C skeletons (more than 20 Moves) and a 2C2E in 17. But in time pressure I just checked the L3C in 20 moves, that resulted in the 24 move solution.
The 3C3E skeleton on the second scramble was the only promising that I had found. For me the 2x2x3 Block was also the only promising start. Thankfully the Insertions were nice...
