Not really accurate, but here it is 
y=7.5(x-2)^2
where x is the n of the nxnxn cube and y is the estimate average world record
the 7.5 is the value of skill that humans have, the lower this number, the more skill we have, if this number goes down a bit then the time for a 3x3x3 cube would also change a bit and the time of a 7x7x7 cube would change alot more
if the value of 7.5 becomes 0 then we can solve all cubes in no time
I just discovered that 7.5 is what it gives for 3x3x3 haha
if you change that to the exact wr 7.64 than thats what the formula gives ofcourse
