Why doesn't anyone do OLL time attacks?

The thread title pretty much sums it up.
There's a lot more OLLs than there are PLLs, so it seems like it would be pretty beneficial.

As for why most people don't, it's pretty obvious.
Care to elaborate? It's not obvious to me.

Wow, so a whole 11 people have attempted this? Maybe even *I* can get a top 10 record :p

A LOT more people than just the people that post on the UWR page have done it.
People do PLL time attacks more because more people know full PLL.

Not only that-I know full OLL and still can't remember what the cases look like i.e., I know what my PLL's are (A, Ab, E, F, Gc, Gd, Gb, Ga, etc.). There is no code for OLL's other than their shapes.

I believe there is a naming system for them, but not most are applied.

We should make a universal OLL System!

Why isn't this system widespread??

1. Not a lot of people know full oll
2. Not many people use the team bld section on cubewhiz

I believe that if we made this system a bit more widespread, that somehow (and just maybe) more people might be willing to learn full OLL.

Wow, I was under the impresses that most of the people who post on this forum knew full OLL. Is it really all that rare?

well who really needs to learn all OLLs? you dont save that much time by learning full OLL, if any, honestly i wouldnt bother learning more than the ones required for 2LOLL

People don't do OLL time attacks because:
1) They take to long
2) They don't know full OLL
3) Even if they do know full OLL you would have to read them off of a list to remember to do all 57
4) There are very few to compete against for OLL time attacks

I have known full OLL for about 9 months and have never done an OLL time attack.
