Which cubing job is more attractive: WCA staff or Regional organization staff?

Pros of WCA staff:

• We get access to important WCA resources and can work towards improving the association in various ways.
• Respect in the community
• Sense of pride in our contribution to make competitions work forever all around the world

Cons of WCA staff:

• Bad time zones for meetings (depends on your location)
• Unpaid work
• Less efficiency
• No long term positions (max is a 2 year position)
• Workload can get more to make it impossible to work as a part time job

Pros of RO staff:

• We affect our local cubing community and make it better
• More sense of fulfillment
• Chance of getting paid if the RO is functional and making profits from few competitions
• Long term positions

Cons of RO staff:

No perks of WCA staff (like WCA mail ID and access to delegate reports)
Workload can get more to make it impossible to work as a part time job
