When will Mefferts.com ship my order?

It has been 9 days since I placed my order for a Meffert's 4x4, and it still hasn't been put in packaging. I logged into the Meffert's website, and the status is still set to "new." They didn't even put it in the mail yet!

I would ordinarily be patient about these things, but I am getting very worried about my order. Is this typical for Meffert's? When do they usually package and ship orders?

I got my black 4x4 in a little under a week from placing the order, and I live in NJ as well.

The same thing happened to me, I sent them an email and the response I got was, "We will ship your package as soon as possible". It may have taken longer if I didn't ask.
