This might be pretty interesting to see when people actually started cubing. Some very recent, some ages ago...
I started cubing June 2009. It was fun watching Dan Brown's videos. But it really all began when someone from school had solved a cube in front of everyone. I bought my first cube(Edison). Its been over a year now and I'm happy about where I am at.

april 2010, wow patching failed, and it wanted me to reinstall wow and THAT takes time, so i quit wow, and had nothing to do, until i found a cube stoved away somewhere, and i thought: "Now im gonna solve you bastard!" >.<
