What's slowing me down? (New video)

EDIT: I got a better average on video (15.29s) and improved the quality too, so I thought I might include it here:

I just restarted cubing, stopped 2 years ago and picked up again this week.
I forgot some OLL algorithms so of course that slows me down but what else?

The cube is a Type F, and it is locking up quite a damn lot. I have a ZhanChi on the way.

Old video with crappy quality:

Thanks for taking some time to help me out.

What cube is that? Was it lubed? Today the most popular cubes are Dayans (DY). Dayan II (Guhong) and Dayan V (Zhanchi), they don't cost much (here's a good shop http://www.fadbus.com/wholesale/magic-cubes/?welcome=1273). It looks like You're using too many moves for F2L. Try to count how many moves do You need on average (let's say, of 5). It shouldn't be more then 40, I think I average Sub-40/Sub-42.

Whoah, I remember you. You used to have some awesome PLL time attack times. Welcome back! :D

Your tps still looks really nice, but you do things like UU', expecially during the OLL to PLL transition.
It'd be easier to tell what to improve on if there were reconstructions.

And a better camera would help too, if that's at all possible...

That's a few years old Type F, I have a DaYan ZhanChi on the way.
I'll try to see if I can improve the move count on my F2L, thanks for pointing it out!

Thanks!
And I usually do those UU' to recognize the OLL/PLL and to execute it. What do you recommend instead?

Also, I took a quick look at your website, those OLL/PLL algs are nice. Are they the ones you are using? What are you 3x3 times?

And a better camera would help too, if that's at all possible...

If you got any recommendation, I'm looking for a new one that is still reasonably cheap! (sub-60$)

Your F2L needs some work, mostly with a lower move count and less rotations; especially U' U2 y U combos.
One thing that can help lower rotations is to solve all 4 pairs without any rotations. Just go slow and explore different pairing/insert tricks. Here's a video; you should be able to find more.
Also try some <R,U> scrambles --> scramble and solve using only R & U moves.

Here are your solves reconstructed. I've also included some different options to have a look at.

How do you manage to track it? I'm curious!

Btw : The vid quality was low :( When you get your zhanchi,it shud be able to shave 2 sec of you time i guess. Better cube!
