I'm taking the flight by Ryanair to Bristol a few days later, and I chose not to check any luggage in (The ticket fee is 20euro and the luggage checking fee is 15euro:eek:). So I have to pack everything I need in my cabin baggage which cannot exceed 10kg.

So I list the thing I've considered, and these should be about 8kg. Please help me check if anything else is needed.:)
1. Cubes (Big cubes are heavy. About 2kg in all)
2. Clothes (I'll stay in the UK for a week, so clothes are necessary. 1kg)
3. Laptop & accessories(4kg)
4. and the baggage itself weighs 1kg.

The things should NOT be taken:
1. Liquid (i.e. drinks, lubricant, cosmetics)
2. Knives, scissors etc

Any suggestion is welcome;)

Top tip: Wear loads of the clothes you will need while you travel.

Remember we will have all the cube stuff you could possibly ever want, so you don't need to bring loads of spares or lube or anything.

On a more serious note when travelling i go by the rules:
5 cotton tees =~1kg
3 hoodies=~1kg
2/3 pairs of jeans=@1kg
and underwear and phone/handheld games etc make up for the ~1kg and make them average out at 1kg.

Obviously depends on how big you are, and as i am 6 foot 5 and heavy my clothes obvioulsy weigh more than a midgets.
You'll be fine with 10kg though as i know that an average 3x3x3 weighs ~100g so ten 3x3's are 1kg. 4x4's and 2x2's weighed together make about 200g so 5 2x2's and 5 4x4's weigh 1kg.
So you can fit a lot of cubes in with your cubes and is your laptop a necessity (i.e work/business)??

i just wanna know if i should bring anything else other than these.
and if there's nothing more, then i can have 3-4 kgs for my clothes:)
and as Charie said, yep i plan to put all big cubes in my pocket:D
without laptop (& mobile broadband) i'll have no idea where to travel, timetables, transportations etc. it's too hard for me myself to take everything into consider in a 9-day travel abroad.

anyway thanks a lot guys:)

Planning ahead more carefully can fix that. Are you staying with anyone who can let you borrow a computer for a bit? Many hotels have internet access, as well as hard copies of maps and transportation timetables. People were able to travel around on their own before the internet; surely it's still possible today.

Fix'd. I couldn't help it.

I don't even care if it's true.

I highly doubt laptop is a necessity. Even if you had to print 50 sheets of paper, that would weigh way less than a laptop.

Also, it might've been a mistake to skip cargo in the first place.

wear about 3 or 4 layers of clothes and put as many cubes s you can in each layer:p

cubes can cause suspicion in airports lol.
DO NOT TAKE LUBE OR ANY LIQUID WITH YOU AS THEY'LL TAKE IT OFF YOU IF ITS MORE THAN 35ml or 50ml - not too sure.

It's actually 100ml and they won't let you take the can anyway.

Yea, definitely. Prepare carefully and then trust yourself, even if trouble happens you can manage it.

i wouldnt bring any huge valuable cubes that could risk getting damaged or lost. Dont bring any shampoo with you on the plane either.
