[Help Thread] What smart cube should I get?

Im thinking of getting a smart cube, I currently switch between the Weilong v10 and hudong. I'd appreciate a cheaper option and more expensive option. Also should I consider moyu smart cubes, ive heard the app is terrible.

Is there a reason you wouldnt get a smart cube? I see cubing moving forward in that direction in the years to come. Well, thats if cube companies are motivated to do it at all.

I liked the Qiyi smart cube AI a lot.

Replacing the battery is going to be a pain tho.

Heres the thing too, im not sure if i should consider moyu, qiyi or other company's products. Even if the cubes are spectacular, the apps dont seem that good, which you are on 90% of the time. It seems like only gan is making innovation, on both the app and hardware side

I mean not really but if you want to replay(rewatch) your solves it's weird to see it green front white on top

Does the Gan I carry 2 support cfop solve reconstructions picking cross color correctly?
And does it matter? I think it would be cool for recons

The qiyi smart cube is surprisingly good for the price. The app isn’t the best though, but it is usable.

I think that even moyu app is poorly coded so try getting a qiyi smart cube or (i never expected myself to say this)the Rubik's connected (it has magnets)
