I used to use this one but stopped because it swaps the bottom front pieces (which is useful if you can remember it but I can't)
Now I use F (R U R' U')2 F' which is an OLL also

That is not an algorithm. That is a picture of a case.
For that one I use y F' (R U R' U') R' F R which is similar to the 3x3 OLL and is just a shifted version of sexy sledge.
