On somewhere called Taobao but it’s in yen but I can get it cuz my grandparents get it from China.
pits around 300 yen which is like 35 pounds
I guess you mean RMB yuan, coz yen is the currency in Japan while Taobao is from China made by Jack Ma (and he has just become an honorary professor of my university returning from Tokyo to Hong Kong). I think the price is still somewhat reasonable imo.

Regarding on whether you shd get the GAN 13, as I have never tried a GAN 13, I can’t really tell about it. However, I have tried both GAN 11 & 12, and I can tell you that any version of GAN 12 are just way better than GAN 11. GAN 12 maglev is slightly better than the GAN 12 leap tho. Tbh the GAN 11 is just overrated at least for now (I guess it was kinda influential tho when it was first released)

Ok. It’s just in the uk it’s selling for 80+ pounds and my parents said it’s my only chance to buy it and I don’t want any regrets.
Is there any difference in performance between them?
thanks for you comment btw
I don't have the Gan, but if you can afford it, get it. Even if you find out later it's not for you, you can sell it to recoup the cost. This beats wondering perpetually whether you had missed an opportunity. :)

Yeah, sorry I mean rmb yuan i have just got in the habit of saying yen. i have decided on buying the cube because like finityniner said, if I buy it I probably have no regrets. Thanks!

For 5x5 and 6x6 (and 7x7 if I want to get something better than my current Meilong), is it worth it getting the MGC over the cheaper YuChuang/YuShi/YuFu? I've heard YJ's big cubes are very good, and I'd like to get the best value for my money because I don't want to spend too much money on cubes (and there are other non-WCA puzzles I'd like to get, like FTO).

I think the cheaper yj cubes are a bit smaller but still magnetised. Jperm says that the 5x5 is good for ppl who have small hands but if u want to get really into big cubes like 6x6 or 7x7, I would get the moyu bunch but they are quite a bit more expensive. I would say that the Mgc is good for big hands and the ’yu‘ bunch are good for small hands

There's no real size difference between any of the cubes (at least according to DailyPuzzles), and I don't really have a problem with the size of the 66mm Meilong 7x7.

In my opinion, if the price difference is not big, I would buy Mgc cuz it’s widely used but if there is a big difference, u could get the yu cubes
I would only recommend yushi 6x6 out of the yu series (tried all 567)
For MGC, all 567 are very good. (MGC 4 is nowhere as good IMO coz it's just huge and bulky for a 4x4, also pop a lot more)

I have a Tengy2 (thats my nickname for it) and if you don't fiddle with the screws, my axis distance and spring compression are at the second-highest setting.
The Wingy V2 is a good option if you like the feel of the Tornado V3. You should try it out, especially since it doesn't cost very much for you. Not too big a loss.
I’ve heard that the corner cutting of the wingy v2 is lacking, is that an issue?
I main a UV GAN Skewb, and have aoyan skewb as my backup. I have weilong & rs those but I prefer the aoyan over these. I wanna ask if the wingy v2 is better than the aoyan and are the normal and reverse corner cutting better than the aoyan?
