Should there be an exception in the “private residences” clause which would allow e.g. stately homes which are private residences but also have extensive facilities and licensing for holding conferences, weddings etc.?
The update was approved by a formal board vote.
There is an exception for the new rule that says that delegates may request a competition that does not follow this competition day rule. I doubt competitions with incomplete schedules will be approved often, but at least it means that 24 hour competitions still can happen, even if it means they will become more rare than they already are.
