WCA banned him for 2 years!

Admittedly I haven’t looked that far into the actual investigation; I’ve read everything briefly but mostly taken the WDC’s word for it. If it’s true that there is irrefutable evidence that some of the rounds they removed were indeed legitimate, then I think it’d be fair to not remove those rounds and only remove recent proven cheated results and any questionable/unproven results.
Yes, you and everyone else in general has mostly taken the WDC's word for it lol - which was always going to happen, which is why I wish they'd waited till the appeal process completed before making the report public, considering I informed them I was appealing (and filed a first version of the appeal before they even released the report).

Almost all of my results are unproven - I literally never film official solves or ask anyone to film me (ofc I've never forbidden people from filming, I'm not hiding anything), including for my actual main events (sq1 and clock) - the only videos of me solving officially (my clock NRs) are people that filmed me without my knowledge, or when I was visible in the background of someone's video (3bld from this comp). Being on camera adds extra pressure, I'm not a big fan of it.

Yes, it is perhaps unfortunate that people don’t take in all the evidence and arguments for themselves. If I have the time to do so, I will do my best to thoroughly read/watch everything in both the report and the appeal.

That’s totally fair. I think it’s completely reasonable to not want to film your solves, especially with something like BLD. The fact that you don’t record your solves I don’t think is a legitimate reason to assume cheating on its own (that would be similar to assuming the 3x3 3.47 was fake). However, if someone is proven to have cheated (again, I’m going off of the WDC’s results, and have not had time to have an opinion of my own on the matter), it seems rather negligent to assume that they did all other results legitimately.

I think that you are right that I cannot truly speak on the matter until I’ve looked at everything for myself rather than taking the WCA’s word for it, so I won’t say anything more for now.

This is sad, MBLD event is stained.
Come on man, you could've waited till the appeal process finished. If the WEC rejects my appeal, then you can say what you like. But when it's still ongoing I don't think it's right to make public videos on the subject
Also it's really weird that you told me my appeal was well-written when I asked you and now you're telling people they shouldn't bother reading it.

Edit: he unlisted it, thanks
