I wasn’t really a fan of this video. I gave my initial thoughts on it here. It seemed like the video creator was much more focused on the drama and other things to boost their content, and wasn’t at all interested in making a meaningfully positive impact on the store. It also clearly didn’t work, considering the store still closed. Although there have been some allegations that Billy had been gambling with company funds; I’m not sure what became of those allegations.

there's only so much you can do to help when a business doesn't even know their financials

all the ideas in the video were quite good, but the business was doomed no matter what. it was basically a clearance sale to try and pay as much of the debt as possible
