Travelling through the Netherlands

Janine and me will start our trip on Thursday. Our route will be through Enschede, Apeldoorn, Amsterdam, Leiden, Den Haag, Rotterdam and so on. Can some of you Dutchies give us some tips? Or maybe we can arrange a meeting. We are also still searching for a free couch to spend the nights here and there
