Tips on Solving a Picture Cube for a Normal Solver

I can solve a normal 3x3 but I now have a teacher asking for help to solve a picture cube.

What are the main things I need to look out for, especially with piece rotations, that make a picture cube different to a normal cube? Any algorithms for this?
 
for the 2nd one you can just do 2 tperms. another tip: make sure to align all centers during cross, so that you only gotta do those algs once instead of a ton of times for every center.
Fair enough, it was his family pictures so I didn’t even know what they were meant to look like but in hindsight being able to worry about those less would be useful
