The WOWCube® System (fully functional 2x2x2)

The WOWCube® System is a fully functional 2x2x2 cube and this is the Space Invaders™ Cubed edition. You can use it as a regular 2x2x2 with the 24 screens displaying the colours instead of stickers. These screens also enable you to play the six pre-installed games and download additional ones. There are multiple other features including a fancy night lamp, aquarium, puzzles and educational things. You can even create your own apps through the developers kit. There are other versions of the cube available. This amazing cube is operated by turning it's sides, tapping it, shaking it and rotating the whole cube as one. Check out my video for full details.
I am not usually into these smart cube type things but the fact that it's also a fully functional 2x2x2 makes it very impressive. Seeing as the 8 cubies are completely separate very clever programming is required to ensure the display of a game for example keeps up with the changing position of the cubies as you make moves.

This is a really cool 2x2! unfortunately it's also extremely expensive. ($400 for the cut the rope/space invaders edition). But I imagine you would definetly get what you pay for as well!

It has it's own operating system that you can program so in theory you could write your own version for it.
