So, I've been practicing square-1 for a bit but now I want to improve, but I think that I don't know all the things that are necessary to be a bit faster. I know almost all the EO's (two left) and CP's (T on bottom left) from CubeZone and for EP I use the adj/adj, opp/opp, opp/H and adj/none algorithms.

What should I learn to average around 20-25 seconds without much effort? I mean, I don't want to turn at 20 TPS to reach my goal :p

You really don't need an insanely fast TPS to get to the 20-25 range if you use optimal or near-optimal cubeshape, full EO and full CP. About EP, a few more wont' hurt (for example, opp-adj is helpful, and Z and O-opp are really easy to learn), but if you don't want to learn too many of them, you can alternatively simply learn how to combine the ones you know to solve more cases in 1 look.

I'd say cubeshape is youl biggest problem, if you havent watch david woner's video its probably the best to learn from. like tmoy said learn the easy ones like Z, H, O-opp, and opp-adj. also sub5 parity is a must.

Ok, I forgot to mention that I already know the H and Z perms ;) . Now I'll finish with EO and CP and then work on EP. Normally I do parity in the range of 5-10 seconds, depends on the number of lock ups that I have while doing it... I need to practice this more. Tomorrow or so I'll watch David Woner's cubeshape video, but I think that I do something similiar to what he explains in the video, I learned it a few days ago from a friend. And finally, when you mean O-opp do you want me to learn the cw, the ccw or both? Haha, and the same with opp-adj, I need to know only this or adj-opp too?

So much thanks for your help!

How many EP's do you all know?
i know:
H, Z, Opp-Adj on both layers [6/6]
Opp-Opp, Adj-Adj [2/8]
Opp-H, ParityCP [1/9]

so 9 EPs and 8 ParityCPs. but because of ParityCP I very rarely use Opp-H, only with a CP skip with parity, so I really only use 8 EPs.

I think Andrew said earlier in this he knows all of the non-parity EPs.

Ok, thank you for your help, learnt the O-opp earlier this morning and I will go for EO now :D .
the opp-adj ones arnt necessary, i dont know them.

The opp-adj are that ones that I don't know yet, but I will learn them because they are not that difficult :p .

Do you recomend me to learn parity CP when I'm finished with the EO's and the opp-adj EP's? (I learnt the O-opp after posting my other comment :3)

I just finished an average of 5 (probably not enough...) and i broke it down--- (cubeshape, co, eo, cp, ep)

1. 5.69, 1.63, 2.23, 7.08, 20.46
2. 5.20, 1.65, 5.13, 6.61, 11.48
3. 6.19, 1.46, 9.00, 6.10, 3.79
4. 9.49, 2.72, 4.31, 7.67, 21.74
5. 7.92, 3.54, 3.58, 5.20, 13.29

I know about 17 ep's, btw. what do i need to work on besides ep?
and I am still living with an mf8 v2. thanks goodness i'm waiting for a calvin's in the mail.

Y U NO GO TO JERSEY SHORE? ಠ_ಠ rawr.

on topic:

I would say you need to improve your cube shape the most. Optimal shapes can come really handy. After practicing this you can pretty much solve most cases in around 3 seconds.

I also recommend you improve your CP times. If you're not using CP parity your CP breakdowns should be a lot faster. Simon has a list of those in his giant algorithm spreadsheet. If you are using CP parity then your EP should be a lot faster. Tbh, I'm not to sure what's going on there...

I timed myself to make some comparisons. It's not really helpful since the timer I used was bad. Had a couple of skips in there to.
6.51 4.1 6.6 5.3 8.1 30.61
3.88 1.8 4.4 2.56 5.18 17.82
5.41 1.27 4.5 0 5.3 16.48
4 1.19 3.85 9.25 6.8 25.09
8.74 0 4.87 4.7 33.92 52.23

cp is more like cp+adj-adj, i kept forgetting to stop the timer
three parities I think
Code:
num cube eo+co cp ep | total
----------------------------------------------
1	2.46	4.33	8.98	2.22 | 17.99
2	2.92	5.21	7.08	3.04 | 18.25
3	2.35	3.16	5.01	1.87 | 12.39
4 2.71	5.30	9.03	1.60 | 18.64
5 2.41	3.95	6.21	2.29 | 14.86
----------------------------------------------
Average 2.57 4.39 7.26 2.20 | 16.43

Yeah, I only know two algs for CP parity. My turning speed is also pretty slow cuz my mf8 is crazy stiff now. But anyway, thanks!
BTW i used cstimer to time multiphase times. And I could've went to Jersey Shore if I hadn'thad last minute plans.

How do I improve cubeshape?
Vague, yes but where do I begin? I know a few basic shapes and I usually just group 8 edges and get to cubeshape from there.
Any suggestions?
Also, I know 3 EO's, all CP's and 2 EP's (opp/opp and adj/adj) from Lars' site.
What would be the best plan of action for learning or practicing algs or solves now?

And which website has good EP algs? Lars' doesn't seem that great but I can't judge :/

That video will show you a good way to start out with getting better. I linked it to about 5 minutes in, before that he shows some fairly basic shapes and how to do them quickly and efficiently.
