The first round hasn't started yet, so all you need to submit is your team name. Once the first round starts, I'll randomly select 2 events and you have to put forward 2 team members to compete(or 1 team member to compete in both events). Then you'll have a week to submit results for round 1. What I originally meant was that if everybody submits round 1 results early, we can start round 2 sooner.
