Hi all,

I know that this was posted a while ago, but now the videos are actually up! Not only that, but there has been significant development in the event, and I have created a whole new playlist. @David Reid created a method a while ago for solving, and it is great! I find the pyramorphix to be a very fun event, using this better method, rather than solving it like a 2x2.

Here are the links!

New tutorials (I call them "For quick learners," but really they are just simplified because almost all of you have experience with puzzles, and will be tired of how slowly I go in the old ones): https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFW5S4l5xckGYdR-rpC2PUnL5daKx_74w

Old tutorial (More in depth, in case anything is confusing): https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFW5S4l5xckHewjYOPEGVvnHyHnpHxDaj

Unfortunately, David doesn't have his tutorials up yet, but I will be sure to post them here when he does!

Here are the world rankings I set up for the event: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mLHgIZbztoxF4Htl19fWt-fwu8WOVyBR2KZKqf7E8gg/edit?usp=sharing

Let me know if you have any questions at all, I am very passionate about this event and eager to discuss it!

I’m Looking forward to when this actually gets released again.
too bad you were "teaching it wrong" (whatever you did)
I kind of want to be faster at this. (And strip you of your UWRs
Thanks, this makes me even more excited about it. I am really glad people want to try it.

It turns out that David wants to upload his own tutorial first, and I have agreed to respect that wish. As soon as he makes a tutorial I will re-publish and also link his tutorial here.

In the meantime, we are collaborating on a large algset with some really fancy features and graphics, and I can't wait to share that too!

It was fun getting our first submission!

Wow, this seems really fun to speedsolve! Nice videos, and congrats on your WRs. :)
That means a lot coming from you, thanks!
Hey, is there a ranking sheet for Mastermorphinx?
I will add it to this :)
That is another thing I wanted to talk about, if anyone wants any other events, no matter how random, I can add them
I got a 6 second solve using my imaginary pyramorphix
Imaginary pyramorphix uwr?

Update: Not much activity on the rankings, so I apologize if this is kind of spam, but I still enjoy it :)

In my sessions, the only records recently have been lowering WR ao1000 to 6.83.

I also got WR2 single a few seconds ago, 1.81! Check out the video here:

I haven't gotten any submissions since my last post, I hope I am not just missing them, so let me know if you have submitted results and I have not seen them

New WB single!!!

David Reid got a 1.14 single after a long time without a record.

The method has been getting faster than I ever imagined, with David and myself averaging sub-6 witht the method. 5.70 is the current WB ao100 to give you an idea of what we are averaging, it has come so far since it was first made.
I know this didn't get much popularity, but recently several people have mentioned learning soon, so I figured I would post it anyway. We will continue to solve and see what happens!
