There aren't any public skewb solvers that I know of. I think Meep has one, and his algs were generated using a solver, but I know that Ranzha's algs were generated by hand.

I've uploaded and shared it on these forums before, but they require MATLAB or Octave to use (And Windows, to input the state of the puzzle). Can download it here if you want to try and get it running.

Any place or app that allows you to gen algs
where were the algs for kirmeep and sarah's (and Ranzha's) method generated
I've archived the old Acubist solver here: http://bit.ly/skewbsolver091b
However, I have only generated two algorithms from that solver that I actually use: Peanut and Anticlockwise Windmill.

I'm currently working on an online solver (in a browser), but I don't know when it would be ready. Anyway it should be ready rather soon.
Woohoo! Looking forward to this.

"My" Skewb solving method:
  1. Solve top layer
  2. If opp. color is not on the bottom put opp. on F and go up up down down
  3. Solve Ua Ub H or Z
  4. Solve good case up up down down * 2 or <- y' <- for bad case
  5. Done.

So after U layer, if D is unsolved, you use the 4-mover, and if D is solved, you use L4C?

We need a name for the 4-mover.
