So:
1. No scramble
2. No video of scramble being generated or puzzle being scrambled.
3. No explanation of method.
Very likely this is bull, probably just a rehearsed scramble. On the off chance it isn't, it looks as though it is just speedBLD which can't be termed as your 'own' method.
