Tong I guess you are back in training.

But slow down the movements and look ahead. To me it looks like you rush your movements and the spam some moves. If you slowed down your moves just a bit it would give you more time to look ahead and all in all become faster, I think. Not that your fast feet is a bad thing at all !!! :D
